Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. To lead the organisation’s digital transformation agenda by developing and executing a comprehensive digital and technology strategy that integrates systems, enables data-driven decision-making, strengthens cybersecurity, and enhances operational efficiency across all infrastructure and corporate functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in ICT, digital transformation, or information systems leadership
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital or technology environments
- Experience in infrastructure, public sector, or large capital project environments advantageous
- Demonstrated experience engaging at Executive and Board level
- Strong background in cybersecurity, data governance, enterprise systems, and digital strategy execution
