We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Coordinator
About Makhei Direct
Makhei Direct, a subsidiary of Boomsky (Pty) Ltd is Botswana’s trusted provider of affordable Courier, Errands, and Outsourced Services.
Key Responsibilities
-
Receive and manage customer requests (calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins)
-
Coordinate and dispatch agents & runners nationwide
-
Track deliveries and provide real-time customer updates
-
Maintain excellent customer service and handle enquiries
-
Support sales by promoting Makhei Direct services
-
Keep accurate records of jobs, payments & daily reports
-
Ensure smooth day-to-day courier and errands operations
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Logistics & Transport, Supply Chain Management.
Experience
-
1–3 years in courier, logistics, delivery services, or dispatch environment.
-
Customer service experience (essential).
-
Experience with CRM systems, dispatch software.
