Key Responsibilities
- Ensures data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, especially in Academia.
- Handles Data Assurance Queries.
- Investigate data anomalies and coordinate fixes.
- Perform data comparison and reconciliation between the Anthology system and the Academia ERP.
- Conduct data assurance checks to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated data.
- Identify missing, duplicated, or inconsistent records and investigate root causes
- Correct and cleanse data in the Academia ERP to meet data quality and assurance requirements standards.
- Support data validation and verification activities before and after system go-live.
- Maintain documentation of discrepancies, corrective actions, and data assurance outcomes.
- Work with IT teams, functional users, and vendors to resolve data-related issues.
- Assist with audits, testing, and compliance activities related to data integrity and data assurance.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of institutional data at all times.
Requirements
- A BSc (hons) in Information Systems, or Related qualification.
- Atleast 2 years working with information Management.
- Experience in Information Systems and Data Management.
- Understanding basic data management and ERP concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to perform structured data checks and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or data validation tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with data migration, data cleansing, or ERP implementation projects.
- Exposure to academic or student information systems
- Basic understanding of data governance, integrity, and data assurance
