Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing data migration activities under supervision.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems to target platforms.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report data quality issues, inconsistencies, or errors.
• Document migration processes, mappings, and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior data migration specialists, business analysts, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent diploma) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and data structures.
• Familiarity with ETL tools or data migration concepts (training will be provided).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with SAP is a strong plus, but candidates with exposure to other ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Excel, Access, or other data manipulation tools.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
