    • Must possess extensive experience in Galaxy Planning, Quality Control (QC), and optimization of rough diamonds.
    • Must have extensive experience in rough diamond manufacturing and production planning.
    • Thorough knowledge of high-stress rough articles and cleaving grain.
    • Be able to guide laser operator.
    • Proficiency in Sarine rough and polished evaluation technology.
    • Strong knowledge of rough diamond valuation, costing, and yield optimization.
    • Proven experience in attending international rough diamond tenders, including rough diamond evaluation, planning, pricing, and purchasing decisions.
    • Comprehensive understanding of rough diamond manufacturing processes from planning through final polished production.
    • At least 5 years of experience in training and mentoring new artisans.
    • Strong supervisory, leadership, and team management skills with a focus on operational efficiency and productivity.
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
