Key Responsibilities
- Solicit business from prospective and existing policyholders
- Conduct presentations and explain terms and conditions of the products to the customers and deal with customer’s queries where required
- Assist customers with completing application form for all products
- Inform customers of the set requirements, security documentation, processes and procedures that pertain to product application, cover and claims
- Calculate premiums and establish payment . Confer with clients to obtain and provide information where claims are made on a policy
- Develop sales strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell life insurance products
- Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate . Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills and receive technical assistance in developing new business
