Westlife Insurance Botswana is seeking dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Direct Sales Agents in Gaborone, Francistown, Maun, Selibe Phikwe, Mahalapye, Palapye, Gantsi and Kasane.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell Westlife Insurance Botswana products to individuals, families, groups, and communities
- Provide client education on all Westlife benefits and policy requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct field marketing, presentations, and community outreach
- Meet monthly sales targets and submit activity reports
- Offer exceptional customer service and policy support to clients
Requirements
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long Term Insurance (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Previous sales or insurance experience will be an added advantage
- Must be committed, motivated, and willing to work in the field
Salary
