- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports for management and the Board
- Preparing annual financial statements and coordinating the year-end audit
- Managing cash flow forecasts, budgets and banking relationships

- Managing VAT, PAYE and other statutory tax compliance

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- BICA, ACCA or CIMA membership/qualification advantageous; part-qualified candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered
- Minimum 8 years’ accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role
- Sound working knowledge of IFRS for SMEs
- Strong knowledge of BURS tax compliance, including VAT and PAYE
- Experience in transport, logistics or another capital-intensive industry will be an advantage
- Experience with external audits, banking facilities, asset finance and fixed asset management
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
