Key Responsibilities

  • Overall supervision and seeing day-to-day daily printing production operations.
  • Technical expertise in CI Flexo Machines and CI Press, troubleshooting and set up.
  • Implementation of quality and product safety management system
  • Proficiency in packaging materials and full knowledge of inks (mixing, codes).
  • Coordination, review and implementation of performance PSMS as per defined frequency.
  • New product developments (converting and purchasing)
  • BRC, ISO, IOP, HARA, GMP and PRP awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Printing technology & ITI (Industrial Training Institute) – Fitter.
  • Minimum of 10 Years + experience in Flexographic CI Press and direct frontline supervisor.
