Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, or any related field.
- Professional/Technical: SAP Academy/Qualification and/or Training in at least one of the core SAP modules (Basis, MM, FICO, TM, PM, SD).
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous work experience in an application support or ICT support role.
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, SharePoint, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management tools.
