DINDWA CAPITAL is seeking to appoint INSURANCE SALES AGENTS. Are you a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales? Are you looking for a rewarding career in the Insurance industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent in Short Term / Long Term insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a client database by networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Review customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable products and coverage options on offer.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Continuous servicing of company clients.
Requirements
- BGCSE Certificate or any tertiary qualification.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is an added advantage.
- BGCSE Certificate.
- COP Long Term / Short Term.
- BGCSE, COP Long Term / Short Term, plus a commercial Degree or Diploma in Insurance is a must.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills + traceable referees.
