responsibilities
- Manage Sales and Leads Pipeline or Client Relationship System
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
- Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
- Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Optimise work through the application of learning experiences
- Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics through daily cash-ups
- Analyse competitor information gathered and ensure active monitoring of market trends and influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities that impact on the industry
- Check all transactions on a daily basis to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase own sales results
