Job Title: IT Technician (Gaborone)
Key Responsibilities
- End-User IT Support
- Hardware & Software Support
- Systems & Application Support
- Network & Connectivity Support
- Retail Pharmacy Support
- Security, Compliance & Documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0-2 years experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, computer hardware, and networking concepts.
- Valid Class B drivers licence
- Exposure to ERP or POS systems.
- Experience supporting multiple users or branch environments.
- Programming & Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of database and programming or scripting (e.g., PHP, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
- Assist with system enhancements, reports, or automation tasks.
- Willingness to learn system integration and development skills.
