Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and manage regional and area sales teams to achieve targets
  • Drive volume growth, distribution efficiency, and brand visibility in the FMCG market
  • Manage key accounts, distributors, and trade relationships
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity to inform decision making
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of managing nationwide sales operations
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Botswana FMCG and retail landscape
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Botswana
