Job Title: Operations Director

Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the different departments of Acctech Botswana, which includes Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, HR and Payroll Systems, Cloud Hosting Services and Digital Enablement, Back Office activities as well as define and execute the Acctech Botswana daily operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

A proven track record of a minimum 10-year management experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems related Industry organisation.
Highly driven, technologically forward thinking and a proactive individual.
Highly qualified to support the departments in various ERP System from a technology, implementation, and support point of view.
Strategy development, execution, and Management.
Operational Management.
Business Reporting and Analytics.
Leadership and Team Management.
Cost Management and Profitability.
Develop Creative and innovative culture within the team.
Communication and presentation skills.
Problem solving skills.

Requirements

Degree in B. Com Accounting and Informatics
Prince 2 Project Management
Structured Programming
Sage 300 ERP Certified Implementation Consultant
Sage 300 People Certified Implementation Consultant
Sage VIP Certified Implementation Consultant
Sage CRM Certified Implementation Consultant
Acumatica Certified Implementation Consultant
Sap Business One Certified Implementation Consultant
Minimum 15 years of experience in implementation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
Minimum 10 years in a senior Management position of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
