The position reports to the Branch Manager.
Main purpose of the job: To:
* Evaluate and appraise business loan applications and make recommendations for decision making by the relevant authority in accordance with the CEDA Credit Policy and Revised Guidelines.
* Implement approved projects as per the approval conditions.
* Thoroughly and periodically monitor performance of approved projects to minimize risk and optimize potential for business success.
* Identify client/projects’ developmental needs and provide remedial interventions through the provision of business advisory services to the client to enhance entrepreneurial capacity and thereby contribute to the development of successful businesses.

Requirements
- **Education:** A Bachelor’s Degree in Business related disciplines such as Business Enterprise, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Accounting/Finance, Risk Management.
- **Experience:** At least four years’ experience in business development, thorough knowledge of business project evaluation and appraisal.
- Thorough hands-on knowledge of business activities including financial modelling, market analysis, product/service distribution, inventory control etc.
