PRODUCTION LEAD – Organic Naturals Skincare

Key Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and batches to meet weekly and monthly targets
• Supervise and guide Production Assistants to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Accurately measure, mix, and process formulations according to approved recipes and SOPs
• Conduct quality checks on finished products before packaging and dispatch.
• Maintain proper production records, batch logs, and stock reports
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean, organized production environment

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Chemistry, Cosmetics, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on production experience
• 2+ years’ experience in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG production environments
• Experience supervising or leading a small production team
• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality control standards
• Experience managing raw materials, inventory, and reducing waste
• Excellent attention to detail, fast learner, strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
