Key Responsibilities
- Provide cost guidance on contract matters to Site Agents, Site Engineers and other operational staff
- Provide series of on the job training programmers to junior employees to allow for smooth succession of responsibilities and continuity of company business
- Work with Finance Department to coordinate contract financial obligations
- Handle on-going issue and change management
- Ensure smooth contract close-out
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Quantity surveying from a recognized University
- At least 10 years Quantity surveying experience within the construction industry and managing a department within a Citizen Owned Construction environment
- Computer Literacy and knowledge of Construction Computer software programmes (Microsoft packages)
