We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our growing car rental business.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries (walk-ins, calls & online)
- Promote and market rental vehicles
- Process bookings and rental agreements
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Follow up with clients and build relationships
- Assist with vehicle handovers and returns
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals
- Record mileage, fuel levels and damages
- Keep accurate records using Microsoft Word & Excel
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience
- Good communication & marketing skills
- Strong computer skills (Word & Excel)
- Patient, dedicated & professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driving licence (minimum 2 years)
- No criminal record
- Age: 20 – 30 years
- Understanding of motor vehicles, including basic mechanical awareness and vehicle inspections
