Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Country Director Botswana to develop Botswana’s sales strategy to meet targets – specifying volumes, product mix and price targets
- Manage sales operations activities and teams in region to deliver on targets
- Develop and implement strategy for country retail sales, wholesale sales, and establish well-defined ways of working and with local Logistics team
- Identify and build key client plans within agreed target markets and develop and expand relationships with delivery partners to penetrate target markets and clients
- Execute on price strategy and sales goals defined
- Responsible for tracking countrys volume targets, and market share targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: Finance, Economics or Business Administration or
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in building dashboards, scorecards and delivering reports that enabled decision-making
- At least 3+ years of experience working Power BI / SAP / Tableau / QlikView / PowerPivot or other results-oriented products
- Ability to be creative/flexible and to manage concurrent projects and reporting schedules
- Strong programming skills – Microsoft SQL, R, Python, DAX etc.
- Experience with combining data sets from multiple sources and varying database types
- Working experience in data quality, data cleansing and data transformation.
- Demonstrated track record of continued advancement of learning in new technologies and evolving skills sets Experience in implementing end to end BI technologies
