Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients
• Explain solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements
• Follow up with clients and close sales successfully
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain satisfaction
• Coordinate with the installation team for smooth project execution
• Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in marketing campaigns and field visits to promote solar solutions

Requirements

• Experience in sales / solar / electrical field preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to explain solar solutions clearly to customers
• Basic knowledge of solar systems is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
