Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that drive sustainable growth.
• Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure strong execution of promotions, campaigns and product launches.
• Manage store, field sales and activation performance.
• Champion a customer- first culture throughout the business.
• Ensure every customer receives professional, compassionate and knowledgeable service.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Create systems that improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales, transactions and customer metrics.
• Support merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop sale consultants.
• Build a high- performance culture based on accountability and support.
• Encourage consultants to understand customer needs before recommending solutions.
• Promote ethical selling practices at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing retail, direct sales, field sales, or customer service teams.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
