Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis to ensure consistent growth in the asset portfolio.
• Provide comprehensive financial updates and strategic insights to the Directors to support decision-making.
• Identify and implement effective measures to reduce operating and finance costs through strategic negotiations.
• Ensure rigorous financial controls are in place, including full compliance with Stock Exchange regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Lead the integration and optimization of ERP systems for financial accounting, cost management, and credit control.
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally across real estate market.
• Deep knowledge of finance standards.
• A professional accounting qualification. Registration with BICA is required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-value capital expansions and complex financial negotiations.
• Advanced proficiency in modern ERP financial systems and stock control software.
