Role Purpose:
Whinstone Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Powder Coating Operator to join our production team. If you are an expert in surface finishing and curing processes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of industrial powder coating guns and related machinery.
- Selection and application of various grades of powder coating materials based on product requirements.
- Managing heat treatment equipment (curing ovens) to ensure precise setting and durability of the coat.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Advise on future strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in powder coating.
- In-depth knowledge of material grades and chemical properties.
- Technical ability to manage temperature and timing for heat treatment/curing.
