Job Opportunity: Site Agent (Gaborone)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team in Gaborone for an on-going construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard, and coordinating effectively with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in site and project management within the construction industry.
- A Degree in Construction Management or Civil Construction from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid ERB Practicing Certificate (Engineering Registration Board).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and supervise subcontractors and site staff.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate all on-site activities.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor progress against schedules and prepare regular reporting.
- Address technical and operational challenges to avoid project delays.
- Promote and maintain quality standards and safe working practices across the site.
