Key Responsibilities

  • To continuously assess cross industry best practices, new business models and techniques to enhance and formalize current and operational planning practices.
  • Acceleration organizational performance through cohesive and integrated strategy planning and execution, knowledge management, the implementation of a dashboard to assess impact and organizational effectiveness as well as facilitating strategy development and alignment across CEDA’s divisions/departments.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Banking/Economics business or equivalent.
  • A professional qualification or certification in Strategy Management, Performance Management or their equivalent is preferred (e.g. Balanced Scorecard).
  • Experience: A minimum of six (6) years post qualification experience in a related field preferably in a financial institution. Industry experience in a commercially oriented environment is preferred with relevant strategic management experience.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and understanding of strategic management, business analysis, business model optimization, change management and performance management.
  • Competencies: Analysing Information, Action Orientation, Commercial Awareness, Planning and Organising, Change Management, Service Orientation, Communication, CEDA Values.
