The purpose of this role is to provide technical support to IT technicians and oversee the inventory management processes at Ultimate Solutions, ensuring alignment with BCX Group standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer guidance to IT technicians regarding technical support matters.
- Perform electronics repairs on Point-of-Sale equipment, including but not limited to RF scanners, barcode readers, flatbed scanners, PDAs, various types of printers, plotters, CPUs, monitors, power supply units, and related devices.
- Develop software images for distribution to technicians.
- Manage the installation, diagnostics, and repair of systems and applications.
- Supervise personnel involved in inventory processes and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Coordinate projects to ensure timely and effective completion.
- Prepare and visualize reports to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Proficiency in electronics repairs down to the component level.

- Willingness to work overtime and be available for shifts on two weekends per month.
