UNIT MANAGER – RenoCare Botswana

We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new health facility just outside Gaborone, in a rapidly developing suburban community. We are recruiting for this position:

1. UNIT MANAGER

   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all clinical and operational activities.
• Enforcing dialysis protocols
• Managing staff discipline
• Ensuring patient safety
• Overseeing equipment and consumables
• Conducting clinical audits
• Maintaining regulatory compliance.

   QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Registered Nurse with a Renal Nursing qualification,
• At least 5 years’ renal experience, and 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership presence
• Excellent clinical judgment
• Discipline, and resilience
