- UNIT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all clinical and operational activities.
- Enforcing dialysis protocols
- Managing staff discipline
- Ensuring patient safety
- Overseeing equipment and consumables
- Conducting clinical audits
- Maintaining regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Registered Nurse with a Renal Nursing qualification,
- At least 5 years’ renal experience, and 3 years’ supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership presence
- Excellent clinical judgment
- Discipline, and resilience
