To lead and manage all returns and related warehouse operations, including damaged, expired, uplifted, donated, and disposal stocks processes. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock control, strict operational discipline, and full compliance with company procedures, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the warehouse returns team to ensure efficient operations and high performance
- Manage daily returns warehouse operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
- Ensure accurate stock control, reconciliations, and investigation of variances
- Verify returned stock against documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee donations, staff sales, and stock disposal processes in line with company policy
- Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and food safety requirements
- Prepare operational reports, KPI tracking, and stock loss analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years’ warehouse experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- FMCG experience advantageous
- Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar systems. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Strong communication and organisational skills
