Senior Human Resource Officer

The candidate should possess the following
• Minimum of degree in Human Resource Management/ Social – Sciences
• Knowledge of VIP payroll system will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Performance Management

Key Performance areas:
• to consistently carry out the company’s recruitment process
• effectively manage the Performance Management system
• manage the implementation of the company’s training and development plan
• to draw up and effectively manage the HR Office budget
• consistently manage the company’s payroll system and processes
• continually create awareness and drive staff’s compliance to the company’s health and safety policies/ procedures as well as condition of service
• to maintain employees’ files

Work experience

-must have at least 2 to 5 years’ experience in Human Capital Management
