Position Requirements

• Minimum eight (8) years HR work experience of which 3-5 years must have been at an Executive Management level
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field
• A related post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
• Extensive knowledge & understanding of statutory labour laws & compliance issues

• Ability to advise and support management and staff with challenging HR issues
