Direct Sales Agents: Gaborone. Palapye, Serowe, Letlhokane, Francistown, Maun,  Kasane, Kang,  Gharui, Lobatse and Molepolole

Purpose: Reporting to the Team Leader- DSAs. the successful candidates will be responsible for proactive selling of unsecured loans to the existing and new clients In order to meet business objectives of the Bank.

The Person: We are looking for highly driven, confident, energetic individuals with lively personalities and openness to feedback. You will be an approachable Individual who likes working with people and making presentations. Sales must be your passion.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience. Knowledge & Skills:

• BGCSE or Its equivalent
• COP will be an added advantage
• Previous relevant experience in Sales Is essential
• Proficient knowledge of Banking products
• Proficiency In Computer Applications (Word. Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Planning and Organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Excellent Conflict Management Skills
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Eye for Detail
• Excellent Leadership and People Management Skills Remuneration
