Main Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the incumbent will be responsible preparation of management accounts, consolidated cash flow forecasts and maintenance of the general ledger. The position also manages and directs the credit control function.

• Ability to plan, organize resources and execute plan within tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to communicate across the organization

Job requirements

• Accounting Degree/AAT
• At least part qualified on professional Accounting e.g. CIMA, ACCA,BICA or equivalent
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Sage 300and Microsoft Excel
• A member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants
• Minimum of 5 years continuous relevant experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
