Marketing Officer – PPC Botswana

Duties

• To drive the alignment and implement of the Sales and Marketing Strategy across all functions
• To position and manage the PPC brand: image and ambassadorship
• Develop and manage a collaborative business demand model in partnership with the sales team
• Implement and leverage the marketing tools and technolgies
• Manage and maintain value add relations with the marketing agency
• Ensure that all marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are integrated across PPC regionally
• Manage all marketing aspects (internally & externally); planning, coordination, budgeting, metrics and reporting
• To coordinate both the internal and external events organising

Minimum Education or Qualifications:

• Graduate or post graduate degree in Business with specialisation in Marketing, COmmunications, Sales and/or other business related fields
• Driver’s license is a requirement

Competencies:

• A self-motivator dedicated to providing exceptional and timely service and solutions
• Able to continuously add value to the Botswana team through involvement
• An excellent ambassadors of the PPC brand

Key Skills and Experience:

• +3 years experience in Sales and marketing and/or commercial environments working with FMCG/Industrial products
• Experience in Commodities and manufacturing industries and/or
• Marekting & PR (Digital Marketing) will be an added advantage
