HR Business Partner – Express Credit

– Analyse and interpret business strategy and objectives
Develop HR Strategies that will contribute to the overall achievement of the Company’s strategies through effective people management objectives.

– Ensures that HR policies and processes are relevant and up-to-date.

– Interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures to staff to ensure they are understood and uniformly applied.

– Manage performance management throughout the Company to ensure a high-performance culture and engaged employees
Coach line managers on performance solutions, e.g. performance improvement plan, people development

– Define HR KPIs in line with the business objective
Foster diversity and inclusion

– Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions

– Facilitate and Coordinate learning and development across the Company

– Manage payroll data, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and kept confidential when processed

– Ensure compliance of labor laws and regulations and report to management to ensure the organization is aware of changes that may have taken place and update policies and procedures accordingly.

Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

Skills & Experience Required

– In-depth knowledge of the full Express Credit Retail Products

– Detailed working knowledge of HR policies and procedures

– Ability to function independently

– Negotiation skills

– Proficiency in MS Office

– Ability to motivate and work within a team

– Ability to efficiently supervise external teams
