SALES & PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely purchase order processing. Monitor stock levels and re-order merchandise to ensure proper levels. Support sales staff to process special orders and research products for customers. Serve as primary contact for associates with product and order status questions. Responsible for selling products like power tools, fasteners, hand tools, mining machinery and sourcing from the suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Certificate / Diploma in Business administration, Purchasing and Supply or any other relevant qualification
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required
• Generally, 2-5 years of experience in sales and Purchasing coordination
• Strong experience in sales within the mining and construction companies
