1. CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER I (REFORMS) – D3 x 1 POST

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate and perform administrative, human resource management and financial support duties

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Provide customers on administrative and human resource management matters.
• Interprets administrative and human resource management policies, regulations, directives to customers.
• Monitor actual performance against set standards and process audits
• Coordinates preparation of manpower estimates/requirements.
• Conduct team building exercise and monitor strategy implementation
• Make recommendations depending on deviation realized as well as secretarial issues to management meetings and staff welfare address
• Strengthen Work Improvement Teams (WITS) database
• Provides induction to newly recruited staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, or Public Administration or its equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience as Principal Administration Officer or six (6) years relevant experience in Human Resources Management.

SALARY: D3 salary scale (P 222,348 – 245,472) per annum

LEAVE: 30 Working days per annum
