REF: PS002: CREDIT CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Purpose of the Job           

Reporting to the Finance Manager successful candidate will be responsible for Credit Control functions of the Hospital and it will involve strategic planning and co-ordination of the credit control department.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:-

1. Maintains the debtors’ books according to targets
2. Ensures monthly credit risk, Cash and  monthly DSO’s targets are met

• Interacts with the respective units to improve the debtors’ performance

1. Implements special strategic projects to improve cash flow and debtor’s books
2. Provides vital leadership to the credit control team

Minimum Job Requirements

            Education

Business Degree in Finance and Accounting or Equivalent.

Experience

Five (5) years’ experience in credit control at a senior or supervisory level in a Healthcare Environment.
