HOTEL TRAINER

• A diploma in Education
• 5 years experience in the hotel industry
• Must have all round knowledge of all the departments
• Must have good communication skills

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of training development of Tlotlo Hotel
• Analyze and target the company’s learning needs and goals
• Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
• Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
• Must have a valid driver’s license
