Human Resources Officer

• To provide leadership for HR strategy planning

• To impart all the organizational information to the employees.

• To supervise and review payroll processes to ensure timely salary payments of the employees

• To develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff

• To bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues

The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource management in I a large corporate business

• Full Qualification in Human Resource Management.

• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• Strong analytical, modelling .written and commercial reporting skills

• A zeal to outreach conventional methods to improve recruitment and   selection processes

• Ability to influence others and manage changes
