Strides of success (Pty) Ltd, a paper milling company which is being constructed at Nkoyaphiri, Mogoditshane is looking for the post of CEO.
+ Ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of top management experience in manufacturing industries, a substantial portion of which should be as a CEO or equivalent.

+ At least 5 years of the above experience should be in paper industry, preferably in a paper mill.
+ The person should have knowledge about various aspects of paper manufacturing, both in the pulping and the mill section.
+ Experience in envisaging and implementing large scale manufacturing projects with investment in excess of 10 million dollars or equivalent is advantageous.
+ A degree in higher qualification in one of the core engineering fields, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering, is a must.
+ Ideal candidate should have proven track record of developing and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders.
+ The person should be able to analyse financial performance reports, act on them and produce reports for the directors.
+ Candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership skills in managing fairly large size teams.
+ The person must possess excellent communication skills.
