We are currentlpy looking for an experienced MANAGEMENT COUPLE to run a beautiful, 4 star Lodge in Kasane. The lodge is located just few minutes by boat or a vehicle from Chobe National Park. The lodge has 11 rooms and offers very personal service to all guests.

As a Management Couple, you will have the following (PLEASE ONLY APPLY WHEN MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS):

• at least 5 years of traceable records in managing similar business
• you will be expected to fully be responsible of ALL aspects of running the lodge with support of in-house reservationist and bookkeeper
• due to the location, no small children and pets will be allowed
• good knowledge of Botswana / Chobe Park will be a great advantage
• Full formal qualifications in a format of a degree of diploma is a non-negotiable requirement, due to the visa requirements
• You will be required to visit the lodge for face to face interview (travel cost will be reimbursed by the lodge)

Start: the latest March 2019 – earlier start date preferred.

Salary package:

• A small flat on the property, electricity, water, maid, laundry provided
• 1000 Botswana Pula per person per month drinks allowance on purchase price plus 10%
• Full board while on duty
• Partial uniform
• Full Botswana Medical Aid on Scheme B
• 50% Christmas bonus
• 2 months on, 10 days off working rotation / 1 day a week off
• Daily working hours – shift system in place which works on max 10.5 hours which can be slightly exceeded on the days a manager is on hosting shift
