POSITION: Deputy Director – Risk Management

Aon Botswana Is looking for a dynamic person to Join our Risk Management team.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provide guidance on client and machinery values.
2. Review and appraise existing loss control and safety programs of major mining and industrial risks.
3. Conduct regular audits of existing loss control and safety programs of major mining and industrial risks.
4. Manage and oversee the implementation of Loss Control and Disaster Recovery programs and Safety procedures.
5. Provide comprehensive risk surveys.
6. Provide risk management advisory and assessment services.
7. To perform assessments of Risk profiles, in consideration of fire, safety, health and environment and machinery breakdown.

Candidates should be in possession of the following:

• BSc Honors Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of ten years relevant experience.
• In addition to the above, the candidate must be in proficient in technical report writing and must possess outstanding presentation skills.
• Insurance and Valuation qualification would be an added advantage
