Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a CAMP MANAGEMENT COUPLE for a wonderful 3 star property set in a Private COncession in the Moremi Game Reserve of Northern Botswana.

Candidates need the following qualifications and experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or similar
• 5 years of experience in a similar management position
• excellent guest hosting skills
• excellent staff management skills
• excellent planning and organising skills
• Skills required include maintenance, BOH management, kitchen management, guest hosting, general camp management and admin which would be shared between the couple depending on their strengths.

Candidates must be happy to spend extended periods of time in a remote environment.

Candidates (at least one of the couple) MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WELL IN GERMAN.
