In collaboration with the Strategy & Change Manager, you will provide performance monitoring services to departments of the Fund against their key strategic and operational objectives so as to cause improvement. The incumbent will be expected to participate in strategic and operational projects through; coordination, planning, tracking, reporting and quality across multiple functions within the Fund. You will be required to be a self-starter who is customer focused, communicates effectively and consistently delivers good results. This role ensures that projects are delivered according to stipulated project management, risk management and quality methodologies and ultimately aims to improve operational efficiency.

• Collects data and information to populate corporate dashboards used to facilitate decision making
• Provides project coordination and monitoring to ensure effective delivery of strategic projects and initiatives

• Assesses key organisational process improvement initiatives
• Acts as a change agent, implements structured change management interventions to ensure that key changes in the business are accepted by relevant stakeholders

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good analytical / problem solving skills and ability to work with different types of data
