Head Environmentalist – Heritage Hospitality Recruitment

Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are currently looking for a Head Environmentalist for a lodge operator in Botswana. This position is based at their Head Office in Maun.

Requirements
– Five years relevant experience within a similar/senior management role, in the luxury hospitality sector.
– Relevant management and or field/industry related diploma or degree (e.g. environmental management).
– Proven leadership ability and experience in handling and coordinating different teams.
– Exceptional communication, organisational & administrative skills.
– Thorough knowledge of all lodge operations.
– Previous substantive lodge management experience.
– Professional guide licence and rifle handling proficiency qualification.
– Have undergone first aid & firefighting training within the last two years.
