QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN wanted at Kalcon (Pty) Ltd

Kalcon (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens for the post of:

QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

1. Must have advanced knowledge and understanding of implementation of Quality Assurance principles and processes for achievement of outstanding customer satisfaction within Construction and Civil Engineering environment. A minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience as Quality Assurance Technician within a reputable Construction / Civil Engineering Contract is crucial.
2. Must have advanced knowledge and understanding of Systems documents development, monitoring, evaluation, internal auditing and reporting.
3. Must have sound understanding of the ISO 9001 standards
4. Must have advanced understanding of the key attributes of an efficient quality management system.
5. An understanding and knowledge of Health. Safety for monitoring of compliance is crucial.
6. Must have excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, and Internet).
7. Must have excellent Leadership and communication skills.

Candidate must be prepared and willing to travel anywhere within Botswana and could be placed on any of KALCON’s projects if needed.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma – Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
