MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Qualification: Applicants must possess a minimum of Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering from an internationally recognized Institution. They must have a minimum of ten (10) years HANDS ON experience in indoor and outdoor substation design, construction and commissioning or electrical and instrumentation design, installation and commissioning of process plants such as water pump stations.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have extensive experience in tendering and contract development.
• The incumbent must have knowledge of FIDIC contracts, market research, planning and development new markets.
• He/She must be able to develop local and international business in order to grow the market share.
• Incumbents must have excellent leadership, team building, communication and client handling skills.
• Applicants must be flexible to travel extensively within and outside the Country.
