Relationship Manager Insurance

The Bank is looking for a seasoned, dynamic, highly-driven with strong leadership skills to undertake the role of Relationship Manager, Insurance. The successful candidate be responsible for securing Corporate and Commercial insurance opportunities from Banking Relationship Managers (RM’s) and persuade these customers to place their insurance program through the Bank providing customised solutions, tailored to their needs. In addition, they need to maintain and retain a portfolio of insurance customers and manage their insurance needs on a continual basis.

They will also be responsible for investigating and developing insurance sales opportunities and on-board the customer. Furthermore, the incumbent will be tasked with ensuring compliance with in-country insurance regulations.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need to have at least Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related degree, accredited on both Long and Short certificate of Proficiency and with at least five (5) years of experience working as a manager.
