Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrative Assistant with exceptional HR admin skills and payroll experience to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage HR administrative tasks.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processes with precision.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
• General office administration.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Proven experience in HR administrative roles.
• Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in payroll processes and relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with HR systems and compliance.
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Experience in an HR consulting company would be an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in Botswana.

Location: Gaborone

Contract: 1-year Fixed Term (renewable)
